DEPOSITS Policy:
All Reservations Will Be Charged An Initial  Non-Refundable Deposit of $25.00-$100.00 For Processing/Administration On Day Of Booking- (Depending On Size Of The Reservation) *WHICH WILL GO TOWARD THE COST OF YOUR STAY*
The Remaining Amount Of The Deposit Will Be Processed 1-2 Weeks Before Arrival-

 

CANCELLATION/REFUND Policy- 
7 Day Refund Policy For Standard Units/ 14 Day Refund Policy For Eff Apt's and Suites
Cancellations That Occur 7 To 14 Days Or MORE Prior To Arrival Date- Only The Processing/Administrative Deposit Is Forfeited
Cancellations That Occur LESS Than 7 To 14 Days Prior To Arrival Date- The Entire Deposit Will Be Forfeited (RAIN OR SHINE- No Exceptions)

MODIFICATION Policy-
If Modifications Occurs 7-14 Days Or Less Prior to Arrival, The Deposit Remains For The Dates Reserved. It Cannot Be Used For New Dates Requested.
